
First Line Level 3 Management and Leadership
Dynamic Client Solutions (DCS) First Line Management programmes have been developed for junior managers, supervisors and first line managers who have operational responsibility for a defined area of activity and who wish to build on and develop their existing management skills and knowledge. This qualification gives junior managers the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency
From our suite of Level 3 qualifications in Management and Leadership, the First Line Management programmes are ideally suited to first line managers, supervisors, team leaders and anyone within a management or leadership role. They are designed to enable managers to deal with the operational element of their role, and will help managers improve their efficiency while also improving communication, leadership and motivation skills.
You can study first line management training courses at the Award, Certificate or Diploma Level.
This CMI Management qualification at RQF Level 3, regarded in academic terms as being equivalent to a GSE AS/A level levels of study.
The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) is the accrediting body for the course.

Have previous work experience as a team leader or similar job role

Completion of an assignment for each unit
No examinations
Study Support – all levels
Candidates are assigned a UK-based Tutor
Tutors are available by telephone, skype and email to discuss course content/materials and provide support and guidance with assignments
Programme coaches are available via email to assist with any issues or concerns during your course
Course Delivery – all levels
The course is a self-study course. It is delivered via an online Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)

Level 3 Award in First Line Management
£420 GBP, including CMI Registration Fee
The course fees cover all study materials, personal tutor support and assessments
Instalment Option
Note: There is a £100 admin charge if using this option.
Deposit and Registration Fee: £220 deposit plus registration fee.
Two instalments of £150 payable on the 1st of each month after the start of the course.
Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management – Level 3
£620 GBP, including CMI Registration Fee
The course fees cover all study materials, personal tutor support and assessments.

Note: There is a £100 admin charge if using this option.
Deposit and Registration Fee: Deposit £315 plus registration fee
Three instalments of £135 payable on the 1st of each month after the start of the course.
