Nowadays, every role in business is impacted by the finances of a business, including reviewing and interpreting financial documents and managing budgets. This can be quite scary for individuals with a non-financial background.  This course will take away these fears, and make you realise that finance can be fun, and easy to understand!

The content includes understanding the basic financial statements (Balance sheet, Profit and Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statement), along with how to interpret these. We will then look at how financial information should be used in every managerial role, and therefore make a business more successful. Things that will be included include managing budgets, how to maximise cash flow.
